Dear photographers,

We are happy to inform you that after much turmoil, we have found a new place to showcase Local Testimony 2020 exhibition, which is suited for the spirit of Covid-19 days.

The exhibition will take place in the public space of the Midtown Tel Aviv Complex, at 144 Menachem Begin Road, under the open sky, and will be open to the public free of charge.

The paths between the new buildings in the Midtown complex fashion alley-ways that extend through a square with a central garden.  This unique space, which is free of the changing restrictions that are imposed on the museums, makes it possible to showcase the exhibition. This year we will not host the World Press Photo exhibition and showcase only Local Testimony.

The exhibition will open on Thursday, December 24th 2020 and will run until the end of January 2021.

This year’s exhibition has a unique significance as the photographs that it will exhibit capture one of the most exceptional and significant periods for mankind at its entirety.

Opening the exhibition this year, despite the difficulties and hardships that the Covid-19 epidemic has introduced into our lives, is essential for preserving the tradition of  Local Testimony exhibition, exposing the outstanding works of the photographers in this exhibition and supporting  culture and the arts especially at a these difficult times.

Looking forward to seeing you,
