Clashes in H1 and H2 in Bab Al-Zawieh, Hebron. Most of the demonstrations in Hebron take place in the border area between H1 and H2. The two areas are Palestinian neighborhoods, but H1 is under Palestinian authority, and H2 is under Israeli command. Since the outbreak of the Al-Aqsa Intifadah in 2000, the Israeli forces have entered the Palestinian area during demonstrations and dispersed by force the demonstrators. After having dispersed the demonstration, the Israeli forces carry out arrests, set up road blocks and undertake searches.
