About a year ago, 31 year old Arkadi, who was bitten by a snake near Bethlehem, experienced a “revelation.” From an early background of studying at a yeshiva and living in Bnei Brak, through a hedonistic life in Tel Aviv, Arkadi moved to the far end of the Tel Aviv’s Carmel Market, where he preaches to his audiences to adhere to truth and compassion.
